Please get accountability too (male/male female/female preferably someone that’s been where you are and has years of victory and sobriety). Prayer and Community is so very important. Revealing and trusting others with the things I would label darkness in my life, and receiving love, and getting accountability are all things that come when we're faithful and obedient to confess to others. Bible says when we fellowship and confess, we will be healed. The brokenness in our minds and hearts gets a smaller grip when we don't let it hide and fester in the dark. Love you! You got this!
