A pity it doesn't run right to the very end of Jimmy's epilogue, but grateful for what we have. A topical reference to BBC2 there, which had only started in 1964.

OMG me too. Monday Picture Book. Tuesday Andy Pandy. Wednesday Bill & Ben. Thursday Rag Tag & Bobtail. Friday The Woodentops. I also remember "Listen With Mother" on the Radio. ... "Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin". 🤔

Grew up listening to this show as a small child in England in sixties. Can't remember any of the episodes but I remember the incidental music in-between the scenes. Always loved them. I appreciate the show now that I'm older. Thank God for KZbin and thanks for downloading. Danny Ross was an idiot but played his part well. Love the interaction between Diana. Day and Jimmy. Priceless.

Love all of these,I listen to some before I go to sleep. Its a pity we can get hold of more of the TV shows Jimmy was in. Just good honest family entertainment, thank you so much

Tony like you Sunday lunchtimes WAS the Clitheroe kid !!! Fortunatly I was lucky to see one of the last recordings at the Hulme Hipperdrome in Manchester. Yesterday 7/4/21 I am now 63 and I was going to Stretford and tried to find the theatre where so many recordings for the BBC took place. It is on Chichester street & still intact but in a very sorry state.. I have requested that Dermet compile KZbin listerners favs or Clitheroe "Blackhang Club" ps no girls allowed Robert from Manchester
