Jimmy Hunt, whenever I see your movies, I am always amazed at your acting ability. Although I wasn’t born when all of your films were made, it’s been a pleasure to watch your films on tv. In my opinion, you were much better than many of your adult co-stars in many of your films, and at least one of your performances should have been nominated for an Oscar or Golden Globe. I’m sure you would have been incredibly successful had you decided to keep acting. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us all those years ago. I hope you consider coming back for just one more role! Best wishes sir to you and your family!

@JimmyHunt, I just finished watching the film PITFALL on TCM and had to look your name up and see what had happened to you.... I totally enjoyed the film--i'd never seen it before today....You did a great job, and the film itself was really worth the 90 minutes... I just recently saw Invaders from Mars and decided to check out KZbin for anything on Jimmy Hunt. So glad he had a good life after the movies!

This is just great. So glad he had a normal life after the movies. Just saw Lone Hand,starring Joel McCrea today, and had to look to see how Jimmy turned out. I wonder if he was living in Simi Valley while Joel McCrea was still alive and had a rather large ranch there.

I remember watching invaders from mars when I was 9, and it scared the shit out of me. I was so afraid for Jimmy in that film, great acting. ❤
