Jimmy is an earthy, generous walking history book and one badass drummer!

Thank you. Wonderful story. Saw Leon Russell in a room in Las Vegas 99'ish. One and only opportunity wasn't going miss it. Thankful I got to see him live.

I loved his Oklahoma accent. Sorta Midwestern mixed with Southern U.S. Very cool. RIP Jimmy.

They need a thumbs up w/ a heart on it for videos out of The Church Studio. Jimmy's so full of memories, so thankful to be able to hear them. We've all grown up so blessed to know about these musicians! Thx for sharing another epic artist.

OMG Karstien. I was just thinking about you yesterday and thought, "it's time to call Karstien and check in on him." I need to dig out your number. Karstien has the best stories! Loved hearing your voice. Also, Jimmy was the original van dweller with his 'Big Green Machine". That van was sweet.

He went to alanin at the Pershing group in Stockton and said his name was Donald and looked exactly like Donald woolsey but when I asked if he was Donald he got angry and asked why i was asking and I said because you look just like my neice's uncle but not exactly and I thought he was him and knew I was me and was there to help me. When he yelled DONALD WHO I SAID WOOLSEY AND HE NEVER SAID HE WAS NOT HIM BUT ACTED LIKE HE DID NOT KNOW ME.

That music was way too loud and intense. Definitely interfered with concentration while trying to listen to the man speak. If background music is needed, maybe try something mellow and unobtrusive.

Look, Cale is my absolute favorite singer/songwriter and guitar player and I have loved Jimmy Karsteins playing since forever. What is up with music playing during an interview?? You guys should definitely know better! Come on .... so distracting and unnecessary. I came to this clip because of Jimmys passing but someone, whoever, please delete the soundtrack during the interview, not cool.

And why everyone and their dog is targeting me and blaming me for Cindy''s death?????????????????????????????????? From the Woolsey's. Why are you 5argetting me David, Donald Elise and Mary Woolsey?

Turn off the obnoxious music. Can't hear the man speak.

So now that Cindy died too, I wonder why she had to die at age 49.
