Jimmy Kimmel & Guillermo Do Electric Muscle Stimulation Workout

Jimmy and Guillermo are always looking for ways to pump each other up, so one of our writers Louis told them about a new workout that supposedly sculpts your physique by pumping electricity through your body. It's called EMS, which stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation. Tom Holland says he did it in preparation to play Spider-Man, and anything that's good enough for Spider-Man is good enough for us.
