Being a “home pizzaiolo “ myself, Jimmy is totally right about the roll. All ingredients are correct, Parmesan cheese is a specialty though; mozzarella is what really needs to go in pizza. Any other cheeses are just personal preference, or specialty pizzas.

Make it at home! I use a regular oven, I just turn the heat to MAX and it's perfect! The dough is simple for 2 pizzas: 500g hard flour, 5g salt. 7g yeast in 325mL lukewarm water, mix and knead for 10 mins. Then, roll into a smooth ball and lightly coat with olive oil, then cover with plastic and let rise for 30 mins in a warm place. Separate into 2 balls, and cover and let rise again for 30 more mins. Now the dough is ready! Heat up your oven to MAX temperature, and follow Jimmy's instructions. BAM! You're done.

As an Italian I must say it: Jimmy Kimmel's pizza looks really really good and it's made the traditional way (but remember: the American Parmesan and the Italian Parmigiano Reggiano are not the same thing! And also, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino are two completely different kinds of cheese)
