14:58 the sweating is not a foolproof indicator of fitness. In school one of my mates was a profesionell table tennis player, dude was sweating like crazy after warmup but was the fittest overall. Might have also been the nervousness on your side.

It's something that is influenced by genetics a fair bit, my mom sweats really easy and a lot. I have classmates who can't run more than 3km, and that don't sweat for nothing, whilst in can run 10km, and i would start sweating prefusely in about 3 min into my warmups for futsal games, in the winter😂, so yeah it really isn't an fitness indicator that is fit for everybody. For example, BMI can't even be used for athlets, because it can't discriminate muscle from fat, so you would have athlets that were very muscular on the obese range of the BMI.
