No, it's the same voice actress. Giselle Fernandez. I could recognize her voice. It sounds kinda similar to that tone of voice she used on Ellen in that small VA reveal promo when she said "I'm Not Letting You Touch My Tail, Even If You Keep Staring At Me Like That..." kzbin.infoEiiMCO7cWx0 only slightly higher and with a little bit more energy. I guess Ellen is not conserving her energy for today as much as she usually does, And when she's more opened up to you depending on your trust/friendship level. Must be one of her off days since she doesn't have any commissions or long shifts.

Ellen sounds more opened up here and not as soft-spoken, deadpan, and introverted as she usually sounds. I guess because she has grown to know Wise during the trust/friendship events, most likely maxed out to full trust. So Ellen's comfortable around Wise and not as cold & cagey.
