That looked like shredded cardboard insulation. The asbestos hasn't been used forever, the Cardboard is sprayed with fire retardant... but as long as he doesnt eat it and takes a shower he will be fine. Spotted lanternfly. I believe it’s located only around the Northeastern US at this point (they’re originally from China, I think?) but they’re spreading. If you see a bug that looks like that, kill it. However, that’s a juvenile shown tho, and an adult is just a slightly bigger, grey-winged, small bit of red inside wings, big. Just look them up and see if they’re in your area.

Concerning the ceiling falling on the sleeping dude, it looks like that was just drywall and insulation. I don't know about other houses, but if yours is old enough (like mine was), there can be asbestos in the walls, ceiling, flooring or a combination of the three. We had to get my ceilings and most of our drywall replaced, and after that put some insulation back in, which was just recycled paper and some plastics, so while it may not taste good and probably isn't sanitary, it shouldn't be overtly harmful to your health.

There's a pizza vending machine at the car shop where my brother used to work (in Switzerland). The shop has a gas station attached to it and there's vending machine outside. It takes 2-3 minutes for the pizza to be ready and my brother said there were actually pretty ok. Not better than you regular frozen pizza but not worse by any means.
