I have the 350-watt version… the speed tops at 18mph on a flat surface, it was able to climb an 16% incline but the speed drops at 6 mph… i am thinking of upgrading the motor to a 500-watt brushless motor.

Update: the compartment is too small to fit a 500-watt controller.

@@OperationEndGame The specs say "48V 50 cell" ... this is impossible, as for 50 cell the only configuration is 10S5P which is 36V. Or, it's actually 52 cell as 13S3P (48V). What does your charger say? Thanks!

@@xorbe2 54.6 volts 2.0 amps… mine came with a GeeKay charger…. As far as upgrading, it is impossible to find the right controller if you’re thinking about going for a 500-watt hub motor…The closest one I found was a Eunorau controller (36volts/ 20amp nominal)… However, it wont fit the compartment because its longer than the stock controller on Stigo… The stock Stigo is still zippy, enough torque for hill climb around 11 degree incline… Max speed (GPS confirmed) is 19.7 mph on flat…

that geared hub motor is LOUD. Should have done a 500w direct drive hub motor = SILENT.
