True story. I have one famous friend who invites me along sometimes. We went to a concert and met up with a couple of his famous friends, including Billy Bob Thorton. It was absolutely one of the most enjoyable times that I have ever had. Sometime later I was listening to Billy Bob Thorton on public radio do a couple of acoustic songs and he talked about writing a song about that night. He mentioned the other famous people that were there in our group, and he also went to the trouble of mentioning my name. I was so pleased that he had remembered my name and included me in his story and his song. I think that says a lot about the type of human being that Billy Bob Thorton is.
