My brother is in NY and he's worked his arse off to make something of himself and provide for his family. He's benefited from Obamacare and it saved his life 3 years ago, if he hadn't he would have been ruined by medical debt and not having the urgent care that his situation required. In Australia, we have free universal healthcare. I have had a number of operations in my life - five in recent years. I could never have paid for them. The care was world class, as was the after-care. I didn't pay one penny for it. You can have private coverage in Australia. You are also going to be in a bed next to someone without medical insurance, unless you pay for a private room. And when you leave hospital, in spite of your insurance, you always have a gap payment of several thousand. I know which system I would prefer. What dp you think...(Just up for discussion) The only thing that Obama did was bought bonds and bailed out companies that robbed the tax payer dollars by continuing to pay themselves bonuses. It is well known that our energy needs will always be there until a viable substitute can come around and the money that Obama invested in renewable energy was a bust. Companies went bankrupt. His policies on fracking slowed our ability to compete with other countries which made us energy dependent on them. I dont know about you but I kinda like where the gas prices are and have been for the last few years. And as for the ridiculous Green New Deal if you return to tighter regulations because you fear global warming then what are you going to do about China and India that continue to dump more pollutants into OUR atmosphere? Emphasis on OUR because yes those pollutants travel around the world. The Paris climate accords did nothing to slow the amount of pollution from our rivals. So it only made sense for Trump to get us out of it.
