Those rectangle steel plates for shipping that came on the ends of the lift you could put wheels on those and have some nice little flat carts you can push around motors , transmissions and storm things on the cart you can move around real easy.👍

You should look at Taylor Ray's newest video and get Spoon one of those CNC robot arms for a plasma cutter. Especially with the cart that he built it would be perfect for making parts, but still not using up a ton of space.

Hot tip. When you buy a new hoist keep the metal frame ends used for packaging and fit 4 caster wheels to the bottom and they're great for moving/storing engines and heavy parts around.

Thank you for getting the 17+ 86 headlights. That’s what I ran on my futago Brz. Was so good. Idk if you ran the 8 to 6 pin adapters or what but you may need to repin them for the drls and turn signals. Because the frs didn’t come with turn signals in the headlights. You can steal the turn signal from the fog light if you want tho

Measure and make a jig that locates the lifts holes perfectly with a sheet of plywood. That'll help you easily mark the dimensions on the ground

I think putting a four post where the bathroom is might work best because you could put a two post where the 4 post is now and make it a drift prep corner next to the tire machines. Also it could JUST be storage for the drift cars so you can keep the "nice builds" showcased in the shop. Just an idea💪🏻

Put the four post and on one of then new ones in the back for storage and if you need to work in a pinch.! Then move the lift with the Pro car (we'll call it the left lift) where the 4 post was and put the other new one next to it (these lifts being tighter together can be the Maintenance/homie lifts. The Lifts on the right (left side of the bathroom longer term porjects, and front and center the main lifts for videos ... This will be the easiest drive path and most efficient use of the space. The tire machine really should be move to the back corner (dead noisey zone) next to the dyno where you can put up taller racking and have better more tire storage that isn't blocking your path in and out of the shop..

What about putting the 4 lifts on the bathroom side wall? Then you have the entire rest of the shop for cars and have a huge amount of space. 4 in a row would be super functional and if you do it either on the bathroom wall or back wall you can still access it with all the cars.

Back in the early days of the MK5 GTI, we used to buy a spacer that you put in the diverter (blow off) valve that made it so it vented to atmosphere instead of recirculating just so we could have the cool turbo sound.
