My 1st Ride in BMRC Train was the Purple Train on Aug 15 2012, Independence Day Special. 2nd, 3rd and 4th rides were around Mar-Apr 2014 in the Green Train. 5th ride was again on the Purple Train on May 30 2014. 6th and 7th rides were again on the Green Train in Aug 2014. 8th Ride on Oct 2 2014, Gandhi Jayanti Special in Green Train.

The only BEML 3rd rail metro which used to have Shammi Narang's voice. Kolkata's East-West Metro doesn't even have that.

No, it IS a metro train. It's not a mono rail. Only one reach has been completed yet. That's the reason it has very less passengers and only 3 coaches per train set. The other reaches are still under construction. Once completed it will be a huge network... :)

May be! .. Nonetheless, it's not a Metro precisely, it's a Mono Train! The train doesn't or barely runs underground .. It, instead, runs on bridges throughout! The maximum attainable speed is 80 km/h (50 mph)

Grow up....where the people are, metro is built for them to use not just to see its internal beauty. use metro(its public) and keep roads traffic free..pollution(air, noise) free..and save ur bucks too

Mr. Jimmy, this kind of slow operation in metro city like Bangalore will not meet the future demands of Fast conveyance. THE AIRPORT EXPRESS in New Delhi can hit 130 kmph and is still operated at this speed. And the stations are also very conventional not so modern. Cheap lighting, No swanky interiors, neither has Delhi.
