Was driving on a windy road and jimny was swaying side to side due to strong winds, had to keep correcting the steering. It was fun and unnerving at the same time, keeping it under 80 helped. I think tall, boxy and relatively light weight stance with thin tyres were the reason in my observation. Bought it with 3L discount and couldn't have asked for a better 2nd car. Such a delight of a machine. It's not sporty, powerful, big presence but it has its own charm that you start liking after a few days of having it. This car won't charm you in one test drive, I infact was like meh, but it grew on me overtime.

Ye stock mein bhi underpowered lagti hai. Atleast 115hp ke aaspas power aur 170nm ke aaspas torque dena chahiye itne bade off-roader ke liye. Suzuki paise bachane ke liye brezza wali engine chipka rahi hai. Wo chahte toh ek level upar ki tuning karke dete usi engine ko.

Or sath hi sath distance wale travel bhi like, delhi se Mumbai ya north east. Ab baat aisi hai ki Jimny tel bahot piyegi lekin capable no nonsense gadi hai. Wahi Bolero Neo MLD bhi acchi hai apke old videos dekhe or long drives pe mileage bhi sahi nikal ke degi but dar itna hai ki diesel hai toh DPF issues/10 year rule issue/ and Mahindra ki khamakha wale issues like yeh leak woh failure etc. Bahot dharam sankat mei hu. If you just take a pen and paper and start listing all the modifications you would like to do the car; just browse through the prices for each item online. Every aftermarket vendor has hyped the prices just to grab business opportunities arising from online review and youtube videos. Suzuki engineers must have thought something before putting on those 195 section tyres.

Roof-rack, Improved tyres are just very basic modification. If it is performing badly just because of these trivial things and difficult to handle this much, then it is same as seating 4 people with some luggage. Meaning Jimny is extremely underpowered for daily use. Yes this is good for off-roading but how much off-roading people do? There are roads almost everywhere you want to travel. Not worth the price then. Better buy a Grand Vitara AWD.

Bahi..just abhi apin Jimny 200 km k short trip se aara hah..toal gaadi 300 km k aas apass chl chuki hai aaj...massuri, dhanaulti, chamba, narendranagr, rishikesh fir dehradun chali ..maja aaga av g 12.5 with ac in hills bas thode time hi ac band kia thaa.. stock tyre hai m+s .. shuru me lagra rha ki shayd ac k saath gaadi dab rahi hai pr jase jase chalte raha uske saath adjust ho gay...bs engine push start button me pareshaan kia hai...abi taq key ki aadat the voi jada convenient and fast laga muje to 😊
