Is blue archive a summon type Isekaied With time plot, multiverse and management i still don't understand where's the romance or is it a romcom? If it is a romcom then there's no wedding scene in the game? So i guess it's a romcom, teasing harem and mc is just yapping and taking care of students with a little bit of being a rizzler

You're not wrong, more or less. While many students develop feelings for Sensei--AKA the MC--as the story progresses (some more pure than others), the same can't be said for Sensei himself, partly due to his duty as their teacher. The story can get pretty dark at times tho, even if the overall tone is lighter than some other gacha games around. And no, there's no wedding scene in the game that I know of.
