I cycled to your last position on the footpath. Just stood there in awe of Suilven. I had been pulled there by a photograph seen in City of Bath. Just like the irresistible pull to the mountain in Close Encounters...etc.

Walls on Scottish mountains were often built as a job creation exercise to set the locals to work earning a pittance constructing something entirely useless, rather than roads, bridges and schools which would actually have benefited the local community.
