Sounds good until you put everything into bettering yourself and moving up at your job, then Tesla fires 10% of its staff because stock is down. The next job doesn't want someone that was laid off, and you can't go start your own car company. Things come to those that are in the right place and time. Nothing to do with work ethic or will.
