Okay, I'mma sort this out with the rough basics. Xiumin is from EXO-M, and is the lead male. Jin is the one singing, and she's from Lovelyz. The girl you see in the MV is an actress named Kim Yoo Jung. The girl is the daughter of the piano teacher, who doesn't want anyone to know his daughter is blind. He sees the two and contacts Xiumin's character's "people" and tells them of the little "affair"; so he's taken away. The song Xiumin is playing when he collapses apparently translates to "I love you", but the father changes it to "He loved you".

They didn't want them to be together because they knew of condition. He was kinda like a bomb that could have went off at anytime and they wanted to spare her the pain of it. The Piano song was supposed to be his way of saying I love you. But since he couldn't finish it her teacher came and did it and it translated to he loves you.

Yoojung (the girl) is blind, Xiumin (the boy) has a heart condition. Yoojung wanted to learn the piano even though shes blind, her father tutors her, he was also strict because I think that's what she said? she wanted her father to be strict with her so that she can learn piano better? Xiumin decided to help her and befriend her. They soon fell in love, but Yoojung's father didn't like it because he knows that Xiumin will soon die and his daughter will only get heartbroken. Before Xiumin dies, he played a piano piece for Yoojung. That piano piece means something, like a message, telling her everything he wants. But he didn't get to finish. Her father, finished the message, telling her through the piano that "He loves you" She smiled at the end, knowing that he also loves her, even though he is Gone. The candies also represent her patience I think. The singer, Jin (Kim Myungeun) is a member of woollim's girl group Lovelyz. Please check out their new song, Destiny :)
