Be it straight or bl, k-dramas do have some kind of magic in them. I was literally left wanting for more. These dramas (mr. Heart, color rush, you make me dance etc.) were too short😭 somebody once said,"Wait for korea to start making bl dramas". I now understand what that person meant. And Thank you for this edit🤗

@@권택향 hmmm. You are actually right. I have to agree with you on this. Even I feel sometimes some dramas are unnecessarily long. Actually after watching thai bl dramas, which have atleast 12-14 ep each atleast 30 mins long, the korean bl dramas seem a bit short.😌 But right, short dramas with nice plots are bettter than unnecessary drama. This song totally suited this couple. Sometimes I wish these short BL series were proper 18 episodes long, lasting for 45-59 minutes so that we get more out of the characters, situations and their day to day life. Oh well, one can wish.

@@권택향 My comment is not about how long it should take to fall in love, no matter the gender, but about the storytelling. These short series are fine and dandy but sometimes they lack proper story, sometimes it feels so surface level the story feels little bit lackluster. I would love to know more about the background story of each main and side character, why they do some things the way they do, why they think and act the way they do and how all of this influences all the things that have happened, are happening and are going to happen to them and other people around them. For instance, in this drama, it never got explained explicitly why the mother abandoned her child like that in order to marry a man, or whether or not she is even alive. Why the other didn't pursue his love for playing the piano and became a debt collector instead. What are the reasons behind the sunbaes animosity towards our main character (well, because he is better than the sunbae is ever going to be, that is quite clear) and why he doesn't do anything to make himself become better in his craft instead of making everybody else miserable. Things like these are what makes the story even better and when the viewer doesn't get it, the story becomes lackluster, as I stated before. I understand that these dramas are meant to be lighthearted and a way to test the waters for something greater to come, but one can always wish for better fleshing out of a story as other, heteronormative, dramas are.

This edit is one of the best I've seen of this couple! I think people are really struggling with this couple and idk why, is it because so many of the most romantic gestures in this show are hidden/quiet caretaking moments like signing himself up as a guarantor or taking his place at the photoshoot? 🤔 Anyway if you wanted another suggestion, this isn't my usual music taste but Bieber's Intentions and Pink Sweats At My Wordt reminds me of these two a lot 💕 but also if you're done with them I understand, or if the songs don't speak to you, no pressure!
