Just wanna point out some things here for clarification. The 'consciousness' that you are discussing about that animals are not conscious, whereas, humans are. Conscious means self awareness, for eg. being aware of your surroundings, responding to physical stimuli or having knowledge of somethings, in which case all animals including us humans do and has to do with one's physical senses. I think the word that you are looking for in your argument is 'conscience' which means a sense of what is right or wrong, i.e, your moral compass (zameer). Now we can all agree that humans have the highest level of conscience, although, there are some studies now which suggest that some animal species are also capable of behaving morally for example animals protecting their offspring and caring for each other in their herd or groups. Also when you are referring to jinns as 'deity'. The word deity means God or a supreme being or a creator. You can refer to jinns as just some another 'being' or 'creation' as jinns are not gods they are just another creation or beings like humans and animals.

On your 2nd point yes. Conscience and conscious are two different words. All animals including humans are conscious (like physically aware - hosh in urdu). Though we can debate on conscience (zameer) jokay janwaron mein bhi kuch had tak hota he as now being proved by science. My point was that people use these words interchangeably which is incorrect and i understand this confusion can happen becuz both of these words are homophones which means they sound almost similar when spoken. Just wanted to make that distinction thts all
