The love of his life is probably not with him(as he smiles looking at her photo but he still misses her and prolly wants her to be back). But still in his motor gadi, he somehow manages to smile and live life. Suddenly the thing that his heart most liked, his (motor gadi)scooter, gets stolen by a guy. He gets in a lot trouble, goes out for a search and after harsh finding while he had lost hope( as portrayed in the video at the evening), he finally finds the scooter standing with the keys into it but at the same moment when he was cheering that he had found it, his love came right there(as song says 'Vetne le veti janxa') and he got lost for some moment rather than focusing on what he had been searching from the beginning. He had almost reached the end line of getting his scooter back but didn't focus on scooter and the guy to took it back again and he was in back in the same loop of not having anything. This is life. People who love you, will definitely stay with you and comeback no matter what it takes "Vetne le veti janxa" but you should focus on right thing at the right time else you won't get anything :)
