Logically speaking Sajjan Jindal had no business to deal in Hotel room suite with a women. Business can be discuss at a restaurants in presence of hotel staff. The Victim has also gone to the hotel room without anyone else. Thats prove the proximity between the two. Rich businessman and Women both are often honey trapped. An honest Businessman and Women would never accept such invitations. Mistreatments must be seen as Red Flags in any relayionship. It could be the case of consensual relationship or A rape. Both the Victim and Bussinessman were aware of their position in the society. It is difficult to arrive at a decision, if medical examination of victim is not done in time. Procedural lapse by the police must not be acceptable by the court. The Accused is a high profile, Powerful businessman who can lure anyone. Somehow such allegations are made only on High profile Bussinessman who openly flirt with other females inspite being married. That it self is a Red Flag. Rich powerful people often offer lucrative deals to become their mistress to ordinary people.some turn them down ,others do that for money and easy high life stlye, travel and fun on bussinessman expense. Both are to e blamed. A married man has no bussiness with other women and A woman has no bussiness with the married man. However important bussiness meeting are,no one goes to anyone's bedroom in a hotel room. Clean Character is a virtue.
