They should have won this RD heads and shoulders! They were so much better than anyone else, EXCEPT perhaps for the Taschlers who skate with a mind-boggling speed when watching the event in person. This is too frustrating to see the scores reflecting 100% politics and very little what actually happened on the ice rink :(

They were kind of perfect, weren't they? I don't know if they were better than Fear/Gibson, but I'm not a skater and I don't know how to look at edges and turns, etcetera. Maybe it's that F/G didn't necessarily skate better, but are just a different style. I thought Z/K look like professional Latin ballroom dancers.

That took energy! Would have like to see more disco-influenced moves --they had a few, but just pointing your fingeres is not disco. I adore the Bee Gees. Some of the music mix was really cacaphony though

Hope they don't change a coach. Igor is doing great with them. Old school but not boring. They outshine chock and Bates in skating skills, just don't have those fancy moves and lifts from MFD.
