you can run atk% boots on jingliu, since sparkle acts as jingliu's speed anyways

@@Xeevv Yeah because jingliu already has plenty attack. Her preferred speed is 135+ with bronya at 1-2 points lower than her. Though I'm quite sure running her with very fast bronya works too, but speed boots is the general consensus.

​@@YveltalV i think you run atk% when your sparkle can reach 160+(pref161-163) so that she can be -1- (-3) dps in her 2nd turn(not cycle)of her skill advancing (unless seele), if not 161,sup sparkle should run -1 dps to balance her cdmg output, and for slow, just 100/101 and then put all on cdmg, and i take this when trying to confirm cn analysis from bili bili (still learning chinese mandarin)and mrpokke(for easy english).

why do you run the quantum set on jingliu? (genuine question)

It's very close to her BIS especially if you stack defense ignore/reduce (ruan mei e1, sparkle e2, pela, etc.) Also because my quantum set pieces are good and most my dps use it 💀
