Disclaimer: This video is just for fun showcase not a min-max gameplay, and i do have some skill issue so just take it easy while watching video. All characters have perfect stats and not a relatable build (Full enhance on sub stats they need, like atk + break eff + speed for break dps, hp + speed + break eff for break support)
Jingliu E0 with S5 "Indelible Promise" 4* LC, 4 Thief + 2 Talia, hybrid crit/BE build (Crit DMG Body, Speed Boots, Ice DMG Sphere, ERR Rope)
Gallagher E6 with S5 "What Is Real?" 4* LC, 4 Cloud + 2 Vonwacq.
HMC E6 with S5 "Dance, dance, dance" 4* LC, 4 Watchmaker + 2 Talia.
Ruan Mei E0 with her S1 signature LC, 4 Watchmaker + 2 Vonwacq.
Welt E0 with S5 "Fermata" 4* LC, 4 Thief + 2 Talia, full break build.
The stage is custom MoC with all monsters from MoC 12, with MoC 2.2.1 Turbulence Buff: After every attack launched by an ally, applies 1 stack of Memory Imprint to all allies. Allies in the Memory Imprint state deal 5% more DMG. This effect stacks up to 6 time(s). When Memory Imprint reaches max stacks, immediately regenerate 25% Energy for all allies. The Energy regenerated by this effect can exceed the target's Max Energy. Remove all Memory Imprints from all allies at the start of every wave or Cycle.

This might sound like a meme, but try Arlan. The reason being, his TD values are the exact same values as Jingliu's, but his ult is only 110 energy vs Jingliu's 140. His rotations have the potential to be faster with speed. Since Super Break mostly scales off of TD and BE, and his general damage gets free scaling off of HP lost % rather than magnitude, you can in theory run all HP/DEF on him while running as much BE you can.

Alternatively, you can also run both. It's a weird juggling act, but since you will be running high HP/DEF, you won't flat out die. Jingliu batteries Arlan's damage ramp, Arlan recover's HP on kill, Ruan Mei makes everyone fast... etc. etc.

What does TD values? Mean

​​​​Toughness Damage. People typically call it Break Damage or Break value, which is a misnomer because anything "Break" happens after the Toughness is depleted. Basically every enemy has that toughness bar on screen next to their HP. Many people will say that TD value is either a single digit even number or a multiple of 5. For instance when you use someone like Arlan, they do 60 TD to the enemy bar, but they do 60+60+60 (three targets) on their ult. Jingliu does the same, but is faster because she gets her basic attack enhanced to do AoE. Units like Ruan Mei who increase that value by 50% are essential in breaking, and units like Gallagher or Trailblazer (only for their first hit) get bonuses, which is why you will see people run Trailblazer, Gallagher, and Ruan Mei in order to run these tests. Units like Xueyi who has a massive 120 TD value +60 from Ruan Mei can melt any enemy with Super Break and leaves your damage to be really flexible with her because her ult bonus scales off how much Toughness was broken during the ult, so she can either get the raw damage bonus of her ult OR use her ult after the break to get the massive 180 TD scaling for Super Break. TLDR: If your ally can get their ult really fast and it has really high TD values, it means the will scale really well with Super Break. The example was Arlan because you can use seemingly useless relics on him so long as they have Break Effect substats. His main drawback was that he kills himself way too much but doesn't have a guaranteed way to stay alive like Blade (I mean the man is a 5*, but even Hook can heal herself consistently). So instead of looking for Crit Chance/Crit Damage/Attack/Lightning DMG main stats, you can run Speed, DEF, and HP because he scales off of HP % lost (which if you have massive HP means he has more HP per HP%) and just spams his ult constantly.

Also, would like to note, if you have Acheron you can do the same, but I wouldn't recommend unless she's the one doing damage after the break, since Lightning Break is weak on triggering, but she has massive TD (that shreds all elements)

If you're talking abt the first showcase when i used her ult after Ruan Mei's ult then it's because we need Ruan Mei ult to keep the boss in broken state for 1 more turn, if i use Jingliu ult before that, she will break the boss without Ruan Mei ult and it will recover immediately in next turn and summon small bugs. I've tried it and had to adjust for a perfect rotation where the boss couldnt move in 1 turn.
