JINHSI FULL KIT AND WEAPON! | Wuthering Waves 1.1

Here's an explanation of her kit I found on Reddit: Use other characters to build her forte Use intro, 4 basic attacks or Skill to enter her Incarnation. In this state you have alternative basic, heavy and skill. 4 basic attack (they don't reset when dodging so it's good even if they're separate) to end Incarnation and gain Ordination Glow During Ordination Glow Basic Attack becomes Heavy and you get yet another enhanced skill called "Illuminous Glow", a big nuke that deals more damage based on the stacks of forte you gathered between ally an Jinhsi attacks After casting Illuminous Glow, you gain "Unison", which is a buff that gets consumed to trigger Jinhsi Outro Skill instead of needing full Concerto Energy. Liberation is also big nuke with a higher multiplier than Havoc Rover.

guys i saw some coments that says what caracter should i pull jinshin or changli ? the only thing you need to do is: pull the caracter that you want. For me i really liked jinshi's desing and gameplay so that's why i'm gonna pull her, even if she is weak(which she is not) i want to play with her and that'S enough reason to pull her also every caracter is strong if you build it well

Jinhsi has almost 3000 motion value in only two hits, that's insane and she probably will be the best nuker but with the amount of hp the bosses have burst damage is worst in general than an stable dps, i think Changli will be a better char against end game bosses due to her infinity uptime, i think Jinhsi gameplay loop will revolve on using two Solar Flare in a 25 seconds rotations with the second one dealing a lot of f... damage thanks to her outro skill, also she has 150 ER requirement wich is a lot and makes it hard to burst every rotation and that's like 30% of her damage, still is too early in the beta and things will probably change before the release, her weapon is busted with her but if you can't get it there's gonna be a 3 star event weapon for her and it should be her bis f2p option, btw you better start building Taoqi because she's about to become the best support in the game😂

Value wise i would say Jinshi as we dont have much DPS for the Spectro element.

I have a question, I got jiyan at 11 pity, yinlin at 70 and now have around 20 pulls left, should I try to get yinlins weapon + changli or skip hinlins weapon and go for both jinshi and changli? I prefer changli over jinhsi because I like her design more plus I want to pair her with encore, what do you think?

Going for both Jinshi and Changli is risky unless they give us a bunch of pulls. I would say if you really want one of those 2 then just get the free 5 star Rectifier at level 45, or try getting it from the weapon banner. Encore + Changli is going to be so good I can already tell.

Jinhsi weapon is also not bad, even though the passive doesn't make a big difference. Don't understimate 5 star stat stick with crit rate substat, and a 12% dmg bonus. The majority of the power comes from there, not from the skill dmg bonus. People are animation cancelling BA3 in his rotation with skill anyways
