How does garbage pickup normally work out there? Is there a city crew that typically cleans the street? Are people and businesses responsible to pickup their own garbage and take it somewhere or is there trucks that come get it?

It is the town municipal Councils responsible for cleaning and pickup the garbage, They have Trucks that pickup the Garbage...
