Going back to some Jinjer, the first female lead heavy metal band I've listened to. In my opinion, no one has topped Tatiana's growling/screaming yet!

Great way to start my day. This is such an impressive performance. And a song with an important message. Fun reaction as always. The visual contrast looked great. Easy to screw up ones voice but if you get to the point of attempting some covers I'd definitely enjoy checking them out. Cheers!

Probably one of their most raucous performances! When it comes to live performances, anything coming out of their Live in Kiev, 2919, IMO is their best. Tatiana is a beast and is at her best when she returns home to Kiev, Ukraine. She looks great in this video with black top and floor length black wrap around skirt. Try "Retrospection" from that concert as the band looks back on their childhood and how much they miss home after touring the world. Stay safe!

I'm with you stating that Tatiana is untopped in the harsh vocals, but she is excellent in every style and so versatile. Same are their boys with the instrumental skill and creativity. For another great example of interesting vocal styles I already recommended 'Vintersea' a week ago as comment to your Ad Infinitum reaction. At least in the official videos Avienne shows some serious skills. To be honest, the proof of a good live performance is pending yet as the only live shots on KZbin have terrible audio quality (smartphone shots) and are not recommendable for listening to as a reference. I'm waiting for an official live video by skilled audio engineers to get a full impression of it ... and of course I wait for the end of this plague-time to experience the real thing. :)

The old school songs like this one are simply awesome, Who is Going to Be the One is possibly my favourite, what hooked me into Jinjer and the Melbourne concert version is exceptional, the deep growl in that - oh hell yeah. So pleased I was at the Sydney portion of this tour just before the Covid-chaos. Power on.
