The zikr That brothers are discussing at 42:12 was 100 times subhanAllah, Alhumdulillah , allahu akbar and La Ilaha IlAllah and Prophet (SAWW) said If its repeated hunderd times one will receive ajaar Equal to 1- Freeing 100 slaves 2- Giving away 100 horses In the path of Allah 3- Sacrificing 100 camels 4- if you fill up the Whole world uptill sky with naikiyaan ( Good deed points) that amount of Ajar will be given to you This hadith was asked by The Sister of Maula e Ali (R.A ) who was very old at that time and Said to the prophet (SAWW) That I don't have enough energy or memory to do All the day/night azkaar and demanded a shorter and Effective zikr Thats was Jamat e islami recommend the same zikr of ( Subhan Allahe Walhamdulillahi waLailaha IlAllahu Allahu Akbar )

I think you should do Sadaqah for the deceased person. I am not a scholar, but Sadaqah will make hereafter easy for the deceased. Or I guess if there are any property of the deceased it should be fairly inherited by the kids, especially the daughters.

I have been suffering from depression kind of state and I'm often very curious by nature, I cannot sleep for days at time. Sometimes I feel very paranoid and I literally cannot feel anything else beside disproportional fear, but the fear is not of ghosts or Jinn (I don't even believe in them) but I literally start weeping when I listen to Quran for even seconds. Or even listen to any Islamic talk. I would literally avoid TV social media and even people for last 3 years to feel better but I can't. My mood shifts from normal to depressive to elated within few minutes

I am migraine patient since childhood mujhy aura se start hota hy. Medicines bhi effect nahi krteen. I am in early 40’s now and I recite surat Fatiha to releive aura and apply Asmad surma. Alhamdulillah its very very helpful. At least it releives my aura. Pain takes time.
