Why not you give specific whatsapp number to get stories, these days majority people won't write long emails, easy for listeners to convey their stories, get benefits from technology which already normalisezd in general public. Also you will get opportunity to play that audio easily and Secondly listeners will also feel happy to listen their voices on your channel,do this atleast if you can't do live streaming
