This episode was pretty much just 4 chapters in the manhwa and the pacing is very similar, this episode is very faithful to the manhwa. Also the reason why majority of the tower wasn't shown was because it would just be Jinwoo repeatedly wiping the floors of similar enemy types that are mainly B rank so it'd just be very repetitive and would feel padded. The bosses are the main focus of the lower floors but I will say after the 75th floor is when the really interesting stuff happens

Jinwoo is way over-leveled for the tower. The enemies weren't a challenge for him anymore. He one shot the boss on the 75th floor. The only thing holding him back was that each floor was so big that he didn't have the time or food to get through all 100.

What a lot of viewers don't notice is at 10:16 when iron does the scream and it has the red aura he's using a taunt skill that draws the enemy to attack him

@@AliAnimus What many PPL dont know caus its not so nice shown in the Anime, jinwoom planed to kill kim, in the Manhwa he kicked Kims sword him, because he knewed if he wakes up he will prob. attakc Jinwoo so he forced that and wanted to kill him science the moment he realiced Barca was so much stronger than him, thats also the reason why he couldnt arise him, he can only arise Souls who are weaker, also that is shown here in the Manhwa, Igris just wanted to join Jinwoos army thats why he could arise him in the end.

28:18 I read the manhwa, and I think there are some parts that were cut in the scenes, but in my opinion it's not important, the cut scenes don't affect the story.

Agreed the castle isn’t really important for the 1st 75 floors I’d say there’s way more scenes obviously from 75-100 they only cut a few dialogue scenes

Yeah I was gonna say. Jinwoo even says that it didn't get more difficult than B-level up until lvl 50. So I'm not sure we want to see anything more than a montage.

Its literally 4 chapters, I'm so annoyed by the people that complain about the cut scenes for this episode when 90% of them haven't even read it or think they've skipped important stuff that only happens after the next episodes plot. The only stuff really cut out were gags and explanations done on the spot instead of him explaining it on the 75th floor, besides that this is quite literally a very faithful adaptation to the manhwa (Obviously no hate to Ali but mainly the people that act like they know the entirety of the manhwa when they really don't know anything)

Don't worry, the webcomic also rushed through this part. Except the anime omitted a few non-important, but still really fun scenes. While they also added 2 original short scenes (like the pool scene, that's total fanservice filler). Again, it's very minor things. But I really wanted to see the feud animated between Igris and Iron. Igris still does his thing of presenting slayed foe's heads in front of his (shadow)lord, which has Jinwoo telling him off to stop doing that cause he is bad-influencing the rest of them, which has him pointing at Iron next. For the sake of competing against Igris, Iron hauls in Vulcan's chopped off head in front of both jinwoo + Igris, as if to say "look at my haul, my catch was bigger", you know? Like Zorro & Sanji back in little garden 😂 but with shadow soldiers without speaking means (yet) and Jinwoo being the viewer 😂 Jinwoo even comments to himself that Iron didn't even do anything against Vulcan except lending him his shield. But he let it off this time. Also less important: Jinwoo just learned that he could equip shadow soldier arms (in this case, Iron's shield) and figured the other way around should work too. So he discovers he can give the orb of avarice, that give an additional +100% damage buff to magic casters.

28:18 Just some dialogue was cut but nothing too important. Pacing felt similar to the Manwha either way, and it feeling rushed also makes sense when you keep Jinwoo's current level in mind: He was Level 20 the first time he came here and had trouble against Cerberus but he returned now at level 60 so yeah of course he will have an easy time with enemies for quite some time before it gets hard again like it did with Vulcan. In addition to him being at a high level, he also has his Shadow Army to assist him now, too!

It was also rushed in the manhwa, the bosses are the main focus of the floors up till 75. Only stuff cut was extra dialogue and some gags, good gags but for the sake of getting everything they want animated it can be skipped over

They should’ve showed the fight between Jinwoo Father and the other Guy that was questioning him,even if it was a fast fight,they should’ve showed it and Jinwoo defeated the Skeleton too quick and its the same pace as the Manhwa

Unfortunately, that is a weak point of both the anime and manhwa. Both suffer from being rushed and there is not a single moment of things slowing down. It's a constant crysis after crysis and I think that makes the story just worse. Don't get me wrong, I love both but even in manhwa shit goes too fast and in anime it is even more evident. Every arc takes 2 episodes. Also they have to rush as if not they will stop the season in one of the worst moments possible so to counter that they are cutting a lot of stuff on top of a rushed original story. I think that the humor they are cutting consisting of Jinwoo summons makes the anime way worse, so I highly recommend reading the manhwa alongside watching anime.

@@DeathKnells I feel like it acutally makes it way worse considering that we are getting to the part where they actually have their own personality. Without it, the show feels super edgy while still being less edgy and dark than manhwa which is ridiculous. I mean, I don't mind skipping killing random demons, but hell even some minor, non important story would be nice (talking about the manhwa as a whole), instead of a constant action. It feels like things never stop or calm down for even a second and there is always something. Oh and btw, the lack of message boxes in the anime, informing viewers what skills were used and what happened, is the biggest L of the show. Half of the time my friends who didn't read the manhwa ask me wtf just happened and how is X possible. It wouldn't even make the epsiodes longer lol they just went with ignoring those altogether
