its the only picture on that board when your cursor go over it will make a unique sound, and it points to area IX number 37 so 937 yeah the clue is not really that apparent, I tried 037 and 924(the only number in all of the notes on the board), never thought to use the IX

I was trying to find the code like "ok, so the region Jinx points on Silco's map is with Roman number 9, after that, she said about Silco's associates, down there were 5 icons, but only 4 associates, but Jinx and Sevica count too, don't they? so must be 6, and then I saw more images with the piltover-zaun bridge, which was on the map with VI, so the second number MUST BE 6, but which is the last number? 1? 3? were can I find it?

It's the place that Silco became Silco, when you click on the picture of the harbour Jinx said that, just look at the map, District IX Block 37.

u need to fix the song machine first

get the pin out the monkey head in chest from the basement then you need new handles which are nearby silcos door, once u put both in the music machine then silco door will be open already
