100 Mbps means not in second 100 mb download.....you don't the technical terms of internet farmula.. 100 mb internet speed download 12 to 13 mb per second in any download file.. 1 mb internet speed gives 128 kbps.. So calculate with this your speed

You are mistaken, actually 9MBps download speed means 72mbps download bandwidth. It's more than double your plan 30mbps. Technically download speed while downloading will show in bytes per second and speedtest will show bandwidth in bits per second.
