Don't buy service kharab hai...kuch din baad router problem karta hai....or koi engineer visit nhi karta.... Plan chalta rehta hai .....koi refund nhi dete... complaint open hoti hai or on ground engineer visit Kiya karke wrong information dalta hai.... complaint closed....baad mein same process shuru hogi...koi help nahi milega company se ... don't buy....

matlab jio ntwrk mein mobile pe internet speed ka jo kharab haal horkha hain even on 5g nwrk 2-3mbps speed ata hain.. iss halat ka reason jio airfiber hi hain.. jio ka sabse bada galti yeah airfibr hi hain, jab 1st launch huya tha tab mai bola tha ke mobile net ka haal kharab hoga jitna airfiber lega log, kyunki airfiber mobile tower pe load badha rha hain, traffic badha rha hain.. aur jio ka customer sbse zada hain so jio ka towers alrdy hvly loaded hain aab jio fiber ne overload krke rha hain.. jio ka jo wired fiber net tha wo hi best plan tha jio ka.. haan airfibr plus ka jo concept hain agar aisa ho ke wireless broadband ka alag se infra rheha har tower pe aur usse airfiber connect hoga wo sahi hain..

@@bongobarta1908 to reduce optical fiber cable and maintenance cost, and mobile internet is not regular internet as they think it's for just basic needs just to play videos etc. so that why nobody takes care for mobile 5g speed, and in India there are no good consumer court support to challenge mobile internet speed.

wired broadband ke aage kuch nhi hain.. latency, ping, upload speed mein wireless ntwrk kabhi wired ntwrk ko beat nhi kr payega.. sbko airfiber boycott krna chahiyein aur wired broadband use krna chahiyein.. jio airfiber mobile tower ka haal behal krke rkha hain, aur jitne user badhte chlega utna day by day mobile ka net speed ghatte chalega.. yeah baat likh lo..

@@bongobarta1908 agar proper installation ho jae air fiber ki to same hai I have tried all provider JIO optical fiber, airtel black fiber, jio air fiber, bsnl optical fiber, airtel black me speed achi hai but download speed bilkul stable nahi hai jio optical aur air fiber me speed and download speed stable hai.
