Brp if you purchase the postpaid plan then you can’t change it to prepaid you have to disconnect the connection and have to make a different prepaid connection and if you want to upgrade the connection in any point of time you can do that you just have to pay a little more if you go from 199 to 399 according to the billing settlements. The price of plans in both prepaid and postpaid is same

Yes because it us postpaid but you have to pay as advance rental so i would suggest you to go for semi annual or annual pack so it won’t bother you again to pay every month

Bhai agar aap ek mahine ka karana chahte ho to aapko prepaid lena padega jisme 1500 rupay as installation dena padega fir aap ek mahine ka recharge kara sakte ho. Or agar aapko installation nahi dena to aap postpaid plan le sakte ho jaha aapko 2800 rupay dena padega 6 mahine ke recharge ke kiye.

They are most probably not jio fiber they are local ISP who are providing Fiber Optics and if they are actually Jio Fiber Vendor you can complain to Jio Fiber Customer Care. They will definitely help you.

Please don't go for Jio airfiber as the service is very poor and the speed of the same is unable to connect the you tube channel also.. The first 2 days we could view 2 tv with the speed but was reduced to 130mhz and the KZbin channel was also not active leave aside watching 1 tv uninterrupted. The minimum amount of subscription is 599 but the sales team told me that the subscription of 1199 would bring good speed but I am disappointed with the performance.. never go for the same you will be feeling cheated . The booking was made in September and the connection was given in January I repeat don't go for Jio airfiber unless you received a better update.

Yeah I also suggest everyone that if they have options for Fiber connection by any company then go for that. Airfiber are for those who don’t have access to fiber network but there is no guarantee for good quality of internet.
