Hi Girish , Like you said the only difference is battery backup other than that everything is same and the design is different. As per me you can go for JioM2s as the battery backup of jmr541 will be not that high rather it will have a very slight backup difference . You can buy it from flipkart , amazon, or from official jio store or from jio website
