I have a very bad experience with jio STB : 1. All Sony and star channels are operated from OTT and have crashed so many times, screen freezes as I change channel. 2. Customer support is worse, I have called to technician who installed it so many times, he has not responded, once they installed they have nothing to do with it. 3. UI is very complicated for old age people and those who are not used to android phones, not simple as other dish like tata sky etc. 4. I have router installed already but inspite of that they give new router and set top box just for commission. I have installed it yesterday and forced to use for three months as it minimum plan to use it. I'll discontinue after that.
