It's just that the software sucks. But, as it continues to receive device updates it will improve. However, since it is android based, we wouldn't expect it to have long term support like chromebooks, windows or mac.

@@lifeisbeautiful7361 I mean that is the case with every device a company launches. They do tend to improve the user experience with software updates. Don't know what Jio will do or not but as the time will tell us whether they are committed or not to this device. I mean even Chrome OS sucked at the start but Google improved the experience by a big margin just with software updates. Same with Windows 8. They removed the start button and that sucked but they readded it in Windows 8.1 but the OS still sucks so they came out with Windows 10. You could consider Windows Vista and Windows 7 as well. So its just a matter of time how Jio will work and imrpove the device. But, I do not expect any long term support like Chrome OS, Mac OS and Windows does. It's running outdated hardware as well as an outdated operating system with no 5G support also when Jio has introduced their true 5g service. I can tell that based on the hardware at the most that system will be able to run Android 12 maximum and even Android 12 will be a huge ambition to run smoothly. Anything beyond that will be absolutely hell.
