Being unable to connect my TV with STB I wanted help from customer care service twice and each time a video link was sent. But the problem has not yet been solved. They told me that no service request can be accepted right now. Finding no other way I have decided to surrender Jio fibre and must discourage others to go for Jio.

Worst part is no personal support for service requirements They will come instantly for new connection but not to provide service- for support contact customer care do as required hold for 1 hour with NO RESOLUTION .Cablewalas bit expensive but acceptable services

Signal resolution is too high for ur tv.try connecting it to a monitor n lower the resolution in settings or buy an HDMI to av converter cable n connect in between tv n stb
