Bro i am getting "vehicle not added" while trying to add the jiomotive in jiothing app

1. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the JioThings app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. 2. Log in or sign up to the JioThings app using your Jio number and tap the + icon to add the jiomotive device. 3. Enter the IMEI number from the jiomotive box or the device itself and click Proceed. 4. Enter your car details like registration number, car name, vehicle make, model, fuel type, year of make and click Save. 5. Plug the jiomotive device into your car’s OBD port, which is usually located under the steering wheel. You can search online for your car’s OBD port location if you are not sure. 6. Turn your car on while the next steps are followed. Ensure your car is in an open space with good Jio network. 7. Tick agree to the terms and conditions of JioEverywhereConnect Number Sharing Plan and click Enable. 8. Click on JioJCR1440 and click Proceed on the next screen. 9. You will receive a confirmatory message on the screen for activation request received by Jio. 10. Keep your car on for 10 minutes for the device to get activated. Your data will start flowing in the JioThings app in about an hour. Do not miss any step. If you still face any problems, you can contact the customer care on the toll-free number: 1800-889-7999.
