Internet speed is also depends on phone model. Samsung low end phones generally have very low quality modems hence it generally gives low internet speed, hence it's not fair comparison

Please set Airtel's Server to Bharti Airtel in Speedtest for Airtel Sim Card and for BSNL . You need to set to BSNL Server in Speedtest. It will get Accurate Speedtest of Upload and Download.
