I have been trying to integrate Rally with TestRail but I get this ERROR - Undefined property: stdClass::$Editors every time I use the push (defect) functionality. Please note: Rally plugin integration is using admin credentials to access Rally for the TestRail defect plugin. Thank you

There is testcase referencing to jira user story and the same test case has a jira defect associated with it. Does TestRail shows that defects mapped to respected story in jira?

Adding Test Cases from Jira functionality isn't working at all. Chrome - Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit), Firefox - 71.0 (64-bit). When i click on Add button new tab just pop up and nothing happen.

Nothing offence for TestRail. We integrated TestLink into JIRA which is another competitor. Unfortunately we couldn't integrate test Rail. Maybe the fact that testLink is very easy to integrate to CRM tools and make life easy with the test cases management
