Quick question, Ritika. In minute 30:25 when creating a new column "Deployement Pending", should we have changed the category to become "Deployment Pending" instead of the default "In Progress"? So that any issue moved to the "Deployment Pending" column gets assigned the status of "Deployment pending" automatically?
@managementbliss2 жыл бұрын
Hi Gasser, It all depends on how you want to configure your boards and how well they go with the processes of your organization. I did created a separate column because wanted this status to be highlighted before marking it as done else it had gone under in progress column. You can use these board settings and workflow as per your needs. I hope it helps. Regards, Ritika

@managementbliss Жыл бұрын
Scrum Team is a team that can take a story and at the end of the sprint is able to deliver it. Ideally scrum team should include BA as well. Dashboard generally is responsibility of Product Owner and Scrum Master but team also helps there.

Great video!. quick question, if during the sprint some tickets are not completed, How to visualize it in JIRA?
@managementbliss3 жыл бұрын
Hi Adriana, I am glad that you liked the video. Reply to your query: If your sprint is completed but few issues are incomplete. 1. You can select the SPRINT REPORT for the particular sprint under the Reports menu on the left hand side of JIRA. It will give you a separate list of completed and incomplete issues. 2. While completing the sprint , JIRA gives you an option to move your tickets back to either backlog or new sprint . As per your selection you can view the incomplete issues there as well.
