Hi Naveen, you mentioned that if the script fails because of any issue with locator or any web elements issue then we should not be raising any jira ticket. But how do we control this? In the jira retention policy you just mentioned the flag and based on this flag we are raising the ticket. So if the flag is true then irrespective of the error the ticket will be raised. Could you explain how to raise a jira ticket only if the script fails due to any assertion errors
