got glitched on goku black and hes straight up op, not including the perfect seal, he does like 28m, 130m burn every 2 seconds with like 60 smth range i think. Add the perfect seal element which makes that damage x3 and hes doing ALOT of dmg

if you were wondering why he's so op its because his passive bugged right now giving him more crit damage, just use the crit soul and go crit range skill tree on jiren you will get 888% crit damage 77% crit chance on shinigami, overlord,avatar trait. if you get glitched or all seeing it will even hit beyond 1000% crit damage
