But I guess it'd be hard to check if both characters were that level. Idk, maybe some thing like a if char_a == [character_list] and char_b == [char_list]? (Yes, I'm basically using a Python example, but that's all I really know how to do for this example.)

According to the manga and the last 2 movies, Jiren isn't as strong as the sayans at their peak, but he can release his power insanely fast(for dragon ball standards). I think that's neat.

Can somone help me? when i get a combo started on somone they can just block in the middle of the combo? (And its not the super block that reverses against you) they just hold block and i have to heavy smash them out of it. But when i try to hold block in the middle of somone elses combo i just can't do it only thing is i might get a super block in randomly. Anny tips?

That was possible in the BT2 and BT3 era. If you try to block in between getting hit, you can get your guard up. Idk if that's what you're discussing?
