@certifiedredditgenius5 ай бұрын
@purple.ismyreason3742 yes but the cartilage between the joints cannot. And soon enough, it wears out. The cartilage in the joints both acts as a shock absorber and makes the joints bend smoothly. Once it's gone, the body cannot replace it and your joints will hurt endlessly from that point on. Basically, it might help now but you're gonna regret those actions when you're 50

@@certifiedredditgenius he is damaging his bones in a controlled fashion. Thai fighters condition their bones to the extreme unlike Jiri.
@certifiedredditgenius5 ай бұрын
@gutsglory3625 right, the bones are good to condition but if you've ever seen someone condition their tibia, it's not just kicking a tree. Some of it is rolling a metal bar to cause microfractures, hell you can even condition your shins by kicking a bag. In both cases, there's more give than a tree. So they're able to strengthen bone without trashing their joints. And yes, I'm aware that there's a select few that kick through 2x4s or punch down soft wood trees but I think they're a select minority because it only helps to a point

@@irishscience580 Jones got beat by reyes in most peoples eyes and Jiri demolished him. Also the guys just fun as fuck to watch hes so versatile does throw mad shit from all angles that elbow was nasty missed and comes back in with the second one using the momentum from the first. Whether you think hes overrated or underrated skillwise is up to you but no denying hes one the most entertaining fighters on the roster.

Not only that but he killed 2 title challengers back to back in his first 2 ufc fights, one of those title challengers arguably won against Jon Jones and the other had never been knocked out before.
