I think she could've given answers in English, but they wouldn't have been as in depth as she explained here. Jisoo is very articulate and she doesn't know English deep enough to express the thoughts she had in the way she wanted on some of these things. Jisoo has always been good at understanding English, for example, she read all the questions that were in English and understood them, and then answered back in Korean. I think for short fun things she'd be fully capable with just English but since she was actually thinking about answers here and explaining them Korean allowed her to fully express her thoughts.
