Goodevening JisuLife I am Andre Aviso from the Philippines and a fan of your products. I am asking on how to clean the JISULIFE HANDHELD FAN PRO1S when the fans is already dirty? can i open it? if yes how? because i tried the small cotton swabs or q-tips it helps however it does not thoroughly clean the fan very well and also the inside of it. I am asking if you could release a tutorial video on how to properly clean the product by opening it or even just using the right tool of cleaning it without opening the product itself. Which one lasts longer on 100 level fan speed? This pro s1 or the 3in 1 with duster function?

Hi, thank you for your reaching out. Our handheld fan pro1S can be used for 12 to 15.5 hours(The aluminium alloy version can be used for longer). The neck fan pro 3 with air ion purifying function can be used for 18 hours.

Yes,there are Pro1 and Pro1s two versions and the lighter one is the Pro1 model.
